1. The cost of postage & packing for all UK orders is calculated at the checkout. Please select the appropriate choice from the drop down menu. Callers welcome but please telephone to arrange an appointment.
Please make cheques payable to "IAN VANCE ONLY".

2. Travel boxes, Indoor Bow perches, High perches & T-Perches will need to be sent out by courier, rather than the post office. There is a £15.00 courier charge (UK Only) for these large, bulky items. Simply pay in the usual way at the checkout by clicking on "Perches" or "Travel boxes" in the drop down menu. Baths have a £10.00 flat charge.

EUROPE:

All Bow Perches, travel boxes, Block perches and Baths are very heavy. The shopping basket on our web site cannot cover all shipping costs to all countries and is only a guide.  When we receive your order I will send you a quote for shipping immediately.

3. We use 1st class Small Packet option for orders under 1Kg, such as Gloves, book's, jesses & swivels etc. And Standard Parcels option for large orders over 1Kg.

4. You can also email or telephone us with your order. Have a credit card ready as we will need to know: Card no, exp. date, etc.

5. All orders will be despatched as soon as cleared payment is received in full. Subject to availability and stock levels.
